Just finished upgrading the forums to phpBB version 2.0.19 a minor fix release. All seems to work fine.
The upgrade took a bit longer since 2 template files in the admin needed upgrading. The most significant change is that I can now configure the maximum number of logins (5 by default) before the system locks you out (security for dictionary password crackers) and the number of min. (30 default) before the system will let you login after being locked out.
