You mean the title of topic? You can always edit it prior to someone posting. Once someone posts, no.

That would require modifying the PHP code. While I could probably do it I simply don't have time. I rather work on instaling the new version eventually. Besides it would be succeptible to abuse. Imagine someone puting huge letters on the title it would mess up the list of threads.
