Scott Farrar? Yes.

John Krasinski? Yes.

Emily Blunt? YES.

A cool, high-tension monster/horror movie with an amazing trailer? YES.

Part of me wishes that they didn't even have music in the trailer, and that the only time any sound entered the picture was when the child knocks over the lantern.

Yes, I think that teaser is terrific. It shows enough without giving everything away.

So I fully expect a full trailer to be released with all the story beats and money shots of the CG creature.

The studios just can't help themselves at demystifying every element in movies today. Have to show everything! Have to get the asses in seats!

All for the lords of commerce!

Okay, I will get off my soapbox now.

Scott Farrar and Rick O'Connor talk to Vincent Frei at ArtofVfx about A Quiet Place. ... ght-magic/

Great interview. Goes over the creature redesign with just two months to go.

ILM also did just 108 shots over 6 months.

108 old school vfx shot count! I love it. 8)

edit: on a side note the film regained the top spot at the NA box office last weekend.
